this hotel was a great surprise. the rooms were spacious and had very effective air conditioning (a must!). the staff were friendly and helpful with directions. the golf course shuttle service was efficient and punctual.
the minibar prices seemed a little high for bottled water.

the hotel has a superb infrastructure including a lovely swimming pool and a spa. i observed the cleanliness throughout the entire space, and regular room service was really punctual. this attention to detail ensured a comfortable experience.

i found the grounds impeccably maintained. my suite felt expansive, with an comfortable, large bed. the free transport to the beachfront palace made getting around simple. i really appreciated the easy access to the adjacent facility.

I found the staff cute and the facilities really good. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. the balcony offered a nice view. breakfast included a good variety with fresh options. I especially liked the fruit selection! the golf course was very well maintained, it added to the overall serene experience.
the lighting in the bathroom felt a little dim , even after maintenance checked it.

The junior suite balcony had a separate toilet area plus a bathroom with both a shower and a tub. it also featured dual sinks and plenty of space for toiletries. the bed was large and very comfortable. I slept well each night.

The hotel grounds included a well-kept pool surrounded by gardens. It was very peaceful. there was also a golf course in great condition plus a clubhouse. the free shuttle to the beach was convenient and efficient. I used it often.

The breakfast offered fresh fruit, various breads, cheeses and hot items. eggs were cooked to order plus fresh juice was always available, we loved it! the restaurant provided a relaxing atmosphere. It was an enjoyable experience.
